During sales or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. All packages include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
International orders may be subject to customs checks, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times for international shipments can vary due to customs processing, and any delays caused by customs or the courier are outside of our control. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify, reroute, or cancel it. If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly, as we are not liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the shipping carrier. In the rare event that an order is damaged during transit, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof so that we can investigate and arrange a replacement where applicable.
