At Sif Strands, we take pride in providing premium-quality human hair products and ensuring every order meets our high standards. Due to hygiene and health regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, worn, or installed hair products. All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the product description. If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence so our team can review the issue. Once approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please note that incorrect color choice, change of mind, or dissatisfaction due to personal styling preferences are not considered valid reasons for a refund or return.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags and lace intact. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, product tampering, or damage caused by improper handling, coloring, bleaching, or installation. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for securely shipping the item back to us and covering any return shipping costs. Refunds, if granted, will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed. In cases where a parcel is lost or delayed by the courier, we will assist in tracking the shipment but are not liable for courier errors or delivery failures.
